iFuntastic 2.0 is out

If you were enthralled by the sound of what the Dev Wiki crowd was cookin' up, yet you just couldn't understand the majority of what they were telling you, you're in luck.
BitSplit, the man that brought you iFuntastic, has released version 2.0 of the software, which goes the extra mile and enables mere mortals (read: […]

New Asus phone has got a name

Well, the rumored GSM / GPRS / EDGE / HSDPA and every other connectivity option handset from Asus got a face and name today, meet the Asus P750.
As an update to our original bit a couple days ago, the handset is actually a Windows Mobile 6 Standard device, not Professional as we had posted. The […]

The Blackberry 8820 in UK

We've had this handset pegged for AT&T for ages, but the first operator to get it out the door is Orange UK.

iPhone arrived in Europe soon…

Just in case you missed it yesterday, Apple did indeed confirm that it'll ship the iPhone to a few major countries by Q4 2007, which ends September 30th.
Most signs point to the UK, France and Germany as being those lucky “majors,” and Apple also mentioned it'll announce carriers (plural) in the coming months.

Free GPS on your Mobile ?

Although it really is not the first “free” mobile navigation app designed for J2ME-enabled, GPS-containing handsets, LocatioNet Systems is billing its 'amAze' product as such.
AmAze (that's not a typo, heh) is apparently the first mapping, navigation and local search product specifically tailored to the UK.
The app features standard location fare like satellite images, route planning […]
